 Shapeshifting - Able to transform himself to any form from a human being to different type yokai (but not adapt their own skill). This is also another way to transform into his original beastly form.

 Fire Manipulation - Ability to create, manipulate and cast Fire in any form. This fire element ability can be use in an offensive and defensive manner. He can expel fire from his mouth, tail, hands, and feet, which can be shaped into different sizes. Most of his fire techniques covers a wider range of area which makes it difficult to avoid or contain.

 Kitsuneki (Posession) - To possess a host (human or yokai) for a short period of time until exorcised or interfered in the process of possession. This ability is also a long range attack. However, he cannot posses anyone in an instant, this skill requires stealth and energy to be used. Possessing a human/yokai allows him to control (including using their abilities) and read through his host's mind. When possessing a new host, he will feel all the pain when damage is done to the body.

 Healing - Automatically heals any damage that he sustains but unable to to regenerate any missing limb or organs. He also can't heal anyone besides himself. The healing will continue as long as he has enough energy.

• Lacks in physical strength and relies on speed, agility and fire.
• Emotions (ei. provoked or depressed) tend to lose control and blindly attacking or running away and unable to attack properly. 
• Possession takes a huge toll on his mind if he does it too often. It weakens his senses for a period of time. Sometimes if he reads their mind for too long... he is unable to depict his real memories from the victim, or between reality and illusion.
• Low resistance to poison - Another weakness for lacking in physical strength.

Kokujou (Black Rope)- Black dyed sharp strings made out his own hair. It is coated with secret animal oils to make it strong and durable. They are strong enough to break stones and trees but easily caught on fire and weakened by water. (WOOHOO inspired by Yashamaru~)

Midorima's Background. (TL;DR) It's okay~

Summary (TL;DR): Midorima was a Myobu Kitsune who hated humans because he felt they abused the blessings of the Inari God. He was later banished and stripped down his title to Nogitsune which angered him. In order to revenge himself, he rampaged on mortal villages and killed humans. After a century, the Onmyoji were able to seal and put him into slumber for many centuries. Later he tricked a mortal to eliminate the seven seals, however there was another catch when the seven seals were removed. As he was reawaken from his long slumber, he could not remember who he was...

Continuation: Shortly after later, Midorima lived peacefully not knowing his past. He was often haunted by visions of his former self. Later, Midorima began on a journey to investigate his origins, only to come back to the mountain sage and master who took care of him from the incident.  Despite his best efforts, he was unable to retrieve his lost memories. His master, who was now old and fragile confessed and told him about his doings in the past. Later that time, the mountain sage passed on and left him with a task to become a guardian of En no Ozunu...

Tooru - Companion and comrade.
Ayumu - Past lover. He was very fond of Ayumu but because of his disappearance, it took a different turn to their relationship.

||Other Facts:
• He spends most of his time at his place which is near a volcano, but sometimes travels elsewhere for food or summoned by his comrades.
• When he lost his memories, he was taken care by a dai-tengu who eventually taught him everything including on becoming a mountain guardian.  Eventually he is entrusted to become a protector of a different realm.
• He still doesn't know his past. Only fragments of his memory.
